Kristie Devine, RN
Founder
Kristie Devine is a board-certified registered nurse and the founder of Avandi Aesthetics LLC. She graduated with honors from Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, California, in 2008, and also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Sierra Nevada College in Incline Village, Nevada. Kristie began her nursing career in the Neuro ICU, oncology, and hospice/home health, where she developed a deep sense of compassion for her patients.
In 2017, Kristie discovered her passion for aesthetics, blending her medical expertise with her artistic eye and attention to detail. This transition marked the beginning of her dedication to helping women enhance their natural beauty and feel confident in their skin. Her commitment to personalized care and understanding of each client’s unique needs has earned her a stellar reputation in the Santa Ynez Valley and beyond.
Originally from Mendocino County in Northern California, Kristie moved to the Santa Ynez Valley with her family in 2016. She now lives in Santa Ynez with her two young daughters. A lover of the outdoors, Kristie enjoys photography, horseback riding, gardening, and hiking with friends. She has a passion for adventure and has traveled extensively worldwide, having lived in both Thailand and Italy. When not at home in Santa Ynez, Kristie and her daughters often spend time at their second home on the beaches of Mexico.
Kristie believes that small improvements in self-care can be life-changing. She says, “There is nothing wrong about feeling a little bit better about yourself when you look in the mirror. Just the slightest confidence boost can help you stand up a little straighter, look people in the eye, and smile. Confidence gets you off the couch and into the real world to start living.”
Dr. Robert Gray
Dr. Robert Gray is a Fellowship Trained, dual Board-Certified Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with 30 years of experience in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery and non-surgical facial rejuvenation. For over 20 years, he has owned and operated his own med spa, where he specializes in advanced aesthetic procedures. Dr. Gray has extensive experience supervising nurses, NPs, and PAs, ensuring the highest standards of patient care. His long-standing commitment to excellence in facial aesthetics makes him a leader in the field.
Medical Director
Jennifer Gilbert, RN is a dedicated and compassionate registered nurse with over five years of experience in infusion therapy at Cottage Hospital. Now bringing her expertise and warm, welcoming presence to the medspa setting, Jennifer is passionate about creating a positive, comfortable experience for every patient she serves.
Born and raised in the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley, Jennifer has a deep-rooted connection to the community and takes pride in offering exceptional, personalized care. Her approach to nursing is grounded in empathy, trust, and the belief that a kind demeanor can make all the difference in a patient’s journey — especially in environments focused on wellness and self-care.
Outside of work, Jennifer finds joy and balance in nature. She and her husband love adventuring in their camper van, often escaping to the mountains to unwind. Hiking with her dog is a favorite way to recharge, and she treasures visits to Monterey to spend quality time with her son.

Summer Smith
Summer Smith was born and raised in Santa Barbara and has proudly called Santa Ynez home for the past five years. As a local realtor and active member of the community, she is passionate about building genuine relationships and creating welcoming experiences for everyone she meets. With strong ties to the Santa Ynez community, Summer is known for her friendly, approachable nature and her ability to create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every client from the moment they arrive.
Summer has extensive experience in office administration, client coordination, and day-to-day operational management. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and dedication to great customer service help ensure every client experience at Avandi Aesthetics is seamless, personalized, and supportive. Summer is committed to helping clients feel confident, informed, and excited throughout their aesthetic journey.
Rein Lambo
Rein Lambo has been part of Avandi Aesthetics for over a year, providing dedicated administrative and customer support assistance. With experience as a Virtual Assistant since 2015, Rein specializes in scheduling, organization, and day-to-day admin operations that help keep businesses running smoothly. Currently supporting Kristie and the team at Avandi Aesthetics, Rein manages appointments, customer communication, and various administrative tasks while ensuring clients receive excellent service and support. Known for reliability, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills, Rein is committed to creating efficient workflows and positive client experiences.
Mikki Pineda
Mikki was born and raised in the Monterey Bay, where she developed a strong creative eye and a love for storytelling through photography and videography. She has over 10 years of experience in social media, with a skill set that includes content creation, brand storytelling, short form video, and visual marketing that feels authentic and engaging.
Mikki has been working at Avandi Aesthetics since day one, helping build and shape the brand’s voice from the ground up. Her work blends creativity with strategy, supporting the team in showing up online in a way that feels real, elevated, and consistent.
Outside of work, she finds inspiration in nature, reggae music, biking, concerts, creating art, and spending time with loved ones.
